Pair your coin to
endangered animals.
Protect their future.
Paired with These six coins are examples. No token has been launched and the market figures are illustrative. The species, their conservation status and their photographs are real, and so are the donation totals — which is why every one reads 0.00 SOL. What is and is not built ↗ All coins
How it works.
A memecoin paired to a species, and a fixed share of the fees ANIMOL collects
going to the organisation that protects it. Below is what that means precisely, and what is not
built yet.
-
Create a coin
Name, symbol, square artwork and the links for your community. Your coin launches on Solana
with a fixed supply.
-
Pair it with a species
Pick from the catalogue — every one currently listed by the IUCN
as endangered or critically endangered, with the assessment linked on its card. The pairing is
frozen at launch: the species, the recipient and the donation share are recorded together and
cannot be quietly changed afterwards.
-
A share of the fees is donated
A fixed share of the fees ANIMOL actually collects for your coin goes to
the verified organisation that supports that species. The rest covers running ANIMOL.
-
Every transfer is published
Confirmed donations appear on the Impact
page with the amount, the recipient and a link to the transaction. Totals there come from
reconciled records, never from estimates.
What the percentage actually means
This is the part that is easiest to get wrong, so here it is in full.
Trading volume on a coin's pool1,000 SOL
Creator fee accrued at 0.10%1.00 SOL
Minus the protocol's own share at collection−0.20 SOL
Eligible collected revenue0.80 SOL
Donation at 90%0.72 SOL
ANIMOL operations at 10%0.08 SOL
0.72 SOL out of 1,000 SOL traded is 0.072% of volume, not 90% of it.
The 90% is a share of what ANIMOL collects after the protocol takes its cut — three different
true percentages describe the same payout, and only one of them is 90%.
What is not built yet
This is a working interface on real species data. It is not a working product.
- No wallet, no token, no trading. Nothing is deployed and no transaction is made.
- No verified recipient exists. Every species reads “Recipient pending” and
donations stay switched off until an organisation has been verified, has confirmed in writing
that it accepts the arrangement, and has proven control of its payout address.
- The fee routing is built and tested, but not live. The Solana program that
routes it exists, and the collection path is proven against Raydium's own deployed
code rather than its documentation — which turned out to matter, because the
published interface was missing an account the real program requires. Nothing is
deployed to any network, so no fee has ever been routed.
- Market figures on the homepage are examples. Conservation totals are not: those are
real, reconciled, and currently zero.
Where the species data comes from
Names and taxonomy from the GBIF backbone. Conservation status from the IUCN Red List as
republished through GBIF, with the assessment year and link stored per species — not a live Red
List feed, so recheck before anything depends on it. Photographs from Wikimedia Commons and GBIF,
public domain or CC BY only, with the photographer credited on every card. A species whose only
free image is a distribution map or a museum specimen is held back rather than shown as if it
were the animal.
